General public
Searches are tied to an anonymous session, never to your identity. They are automatically deleted or anonymized after a limited period (30 days at most for prescription data). No action is required on your part.
Registered pharmacy
To request deletion of your pharmacy account and associated data (pharmacy record, response history), email us at contact@ahomin.com from the email address linked to your Google account, mentioning your pharmacy's name.
Your listing is removed from the public radar within 5 business days, and all your personal data (phone number, location, history) is deleted within 30 days, except for already-anonymized statistics that cannot identify you (see our privacy policy).
